A flake of popcorn scanned with 120 photos on a DIY turntable using Canon PowerShot SX170 IS.

I've picked the best looking flake of homemade popcorn and put it on a DIY turntable with black background. All photos were shot in RAW and processed in Photoshop to remove any background features. Then I've applied mask in 3DF Zephyr. Was really wondering how it all will work out since it has huge white featureless regions. In the end i didn't require any manipulations with mesh other than smoothing a bit!

Popcorn Flake

A complete, small bag-shaped pottery jar composed of a coarse clay fabric containing visible inclusions of mica flakes along the body. The vessel was wheel-spun, while the pointed, tapering base shows evidence of having been finished by hand-carving. Due to poor or uneven firing conditions in the kiln, the exterior surface displays significant patches of dark, mottled discoloration. The body is slightly asymmetrical and misshapen from the production process, though it remains structurally sound with no visible breaks or modern repairs. Just beneath the rolled exterior rim runs a single, lightly incised horizontal groove. Attached to this line is a small, carefully applied clay appliqué representing a stylised Hathor-head or emblem, consisting of a central solar disc flanked by two curving cow horns.  This jar dates to the Second Intermediate Period (c. 1700–1550 BC).

A beautifully crafted brass plate filled with perfectly round golden ladoos arranged neatly in a circular pattern. Each ladoo has detailed texture with fine dry fruits almonds cashews and pistachio flakes embedded on the surface. Soft warm lighting highlights the glossy surface and rich color of the sweets creating a festive and appetizing mood. A gentle camera pan moves across the plate with subtle depth of field focusing on the front ladoo as light sparkles across the metal plate. Ambient particles like faint festive sparkles or bokeh softly float around to enhance the celebratory atmosphere.

Balquhidder Churchyard (Canmore ID 80644), grave slab 11 m SSE of SW corner of Old Kirk (SM5588): site co-ordinates: 26.40/15.30.

This near-rectangular slab is 1.70 m long  (W–E) and up to 0.55 m wide. The eastern 0.54 m of its upper surface has flaked of to a depth of up to 0.05 m. The slab slopes slightly to the S and E.

In the W half there is an incised cross, 0.55 m long, the stem having slightly flared ends, each with short rounded projections. The arms are narrower and 0.10 m long, each with short vertical arms also with small rounded ends, creating two smaller crosses.
