Hello!  This adorable little dragon was painted for Dragon Trappers Lodge April painting contest.  This was my first time painting a full dragon.  I was a little intimidated at first because of both the scales and the wing membranes.  I am glad I started with a smaller dragon.  It was a lot of fun and really posted my confidence to paint more and bigger scale-y things in the future!  I hope you like this little guy!

Calvin and Hobbes! What a great comic! Waterson’s classic creation brought so many smiles to me as a child. Only in reading them to my own children did I realize that the real heroes are Calvin’s parents, who somehow manage to keep him alive! I’ve bought the complete collection a couple of times as my kids have basically learned to read from them and they have learned to love reading in the process.I deeply admire Waterson’s commitment to the purity of the work. There are no licensed sweatshirts, action figures, coffee mugs, or stuffed tigers for sale that would cheapen the comics. This was one of the first things I ever modelled and rigged in Blender and took a very long time :>
There are almost certainly many janky and poorly executed things, but it was a good start. I somehow mangaged to get it working in VRChat.

Idk how but I somehow forgot to add the snap hook on one end, but I'm kinda lazy so I ain't gonna do the whole process again just to bring  a hook, what you can do is to downlaod the model I made, copy the hook from any of the side and paste it on the rope's end where there is no hook.

Bitte  a l l e Files im Anhang ansehen, der als Zip Datei heruntergeladen wird. Dort ist das Dach flach - es wird geknickt und aufgeklebt, Das Geländer wird ebenfalls aufgeklebt. In Freecad lässt sich alles nach Wunsch verändern. 
Ein Modell im Maßstab von etwa 1:160 nach einer Vorlage von Michel Hilbert hier auf sketchfab - frei interpretiert und teilweise vereinfacht. Vielen Dank! Die STL wurden in Freecad erzeugt und mit Blender mit einer Textur versehen, danach mit Acrylfarbe koloriert. Es wurden mehrere Texturen versucht, einige funktionieren besser, andere führen zu Druckproblemen, die aus der Umgebung der Fenster stammen. Gedruckt wurde mit PLA 0,2mm Düse und 0,1mm Schicht ohne Support. Druckzeit etwa 6h. Die Fensterrahmen wurden als STP exportiert und in im Bambu Studio auf 98% verkleinert. Damit ist die Einpassung auch nach dem Anstrich garantiert. Die Fenster wirken besser, wenn man sie vor dem Einsetzen weiß streicht. Anstrich und Montage dauern etwa 3 Stunden.
