3D Print of 2 Color print on Snapmaker U1
Description
Tinkercad's Nugoth 11e sample terrain. Sliced using Snapmaker Orca 2.3.1 for a 0.4 mm nozzle with 0.08 mm "Extra Fine" and 0.2 mm "Standard" layer settings with Snapmaker defaults. Printed on Snapmaker U1 using the included Snapmaker PLA in black and white. 0.2 mm layers took about 7 hours, 0.08 mm layers about 17 hours (2 separate prints). The quality different isn't much - both show the stained glass windows nicely, which is the reason I tried both settings. Up close, the 0.08 mm layer lines are almost invisible, although the 0.2 mm layers can't easily be seen when at a typical gaming distance. I didn't use fuzzing on this, but that setting might make the 0.2 mm layers less visible, too without doubling the print time.
