I’ve designed a 3D model of a scratcher, which includes various components. It features a pin for scratching that attaches to the head part. Additionally, there are sticks that also attach to the head, and a butt piece that connects to the back of the stick. The sticks can be extended to any desired length, and the head can hold up to 10 pins for optimal scratching functionality. Update: Version 2 In version 2, major issues were resolved, including adding tolerance to improve fit. Previously, parts were set with zero tolerance, which prevented the gears from aligning properly. Additionally, the thickness of the parts was increased from 30 mm to 35 mm, and the pin holes were slightly widened to ensure smoother insertion.
