I have completely redesigned this from scratch (100% human-made CAD) to solve the stacking issue and create the ultimate interlocking version! The Upgrade:Instead of a flat base, I added a 45-degree chamfered recess at the bottom that perfectly matches the top rim. Tolerances & Files Included:The standard tested version has a 0.15 mm tolerance. I printed this in PETG, and the fit is absolutely flawless. Since it prints perfectly in PETG, you will have zero issues with PLA.I have also included 0.10 mm and 0.20 mm tolerance versions. All files are available in STL, STEP, and 3MF formats so you can print immediately or adjust as needed.
