Description

File Falçata ucu kırıcı alt kısım - V1.STEP (121.4 MB) is over the allowed limit of 100.0 MB Hence i could not upload it. (Note: The original file names in the folders are in Turkish. "Falçata ucu kırıcı - V1" translates to "Utility Knife Blade Snapper - V1".) Keep your workspace safe and your blades sharp! This functional tool allows you to safely snap off dull utility knife blades at a precise 45-degree angle. Once snapped, the dangerous blade segments fall securely into the contained collection box. I incorporated the ribbed texture from my previous pen holder designs, but here it serves a highly functional purpose: it provides maximum grip. The container features a threaded top mechanism, making it incredibly easy to twist off and safely empty the contents when the bin is full. The Evolution Continues - V2 & V3 Coming Soon! This V1 is highly capable and ready for your workshop, but the development doesn't stop here. I am currently working on V2 and V3, which will maintain a similar compact footprint but will be entirely "overengineered" to push the boundaries of workshop safety and usability to the next level. Stay tuned! Size & Technical Details: Dimensions (Assembled): 47.84 mm x 47.95 mm x 106.00 mm.Tolerances Included: The threaded top requires precision. To ensure the perfect fit for your specific printer's calibration, I have provided the top part in three different clearance tolerances: 0.10 mm, 0.15 mm, and 0.20 mm. The 0.15 mm is the standard starting point.File Formats: To ensure high-quality printing and easy remixing, all parts are available in STL, STEP, and 3MF formats. Print Time & Filament Usage: Total Estimated Print (Top + Bottom): Approximately 3 hours 8 minutes.Total Filament Usage: ~66.99g. (Note: Calculated based on PETG).Recommended Print Settings: To ensure the container can withstand the snapping force, the wall count has been increased compared to my standard decorative models. Layer Height: 0.20 mmWall Loops: 4 (Increased for structural strength)Top/Bottom Layers: 5Infill Density: 3% (Gyroid)Temperature: 260 degrees Celsius (if printing in PETG)Supports: No If you've enjoyed my work and would like to buy me a coffee to support my creative efforts, you can do so through the link below.
