Leaf battery busbar covers
Description
If you are building a 48V DIY powerbank from used Nissan Leaf battery modules then you'll want some covers for the busbars for safety. This cover fits over a 20mm wide 2mm thick busbar (the same dimensions as the standard Gen1 busbars. It's 200mm long which is enough to cover a busbar that connects 6 modules in parallel. Two of them fit a 400mm busbar (that connects two groups of 6 modules). These are perect for a system with 7 groups in series of 6 modules in parallel. My print settings for a Bambu P1P: 0.28mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle in PETG (a bit for flex than PLA and slightly higher softening temp) no supports fuzzy skin perimeter is nice but not needed I printed 10 at-a-time on my 256 x 256mm print bed I needed 20 for my battery configuration.
