This is a model of Dr. Crygor, a character in the Warioware game series. He takes on the role as one of the emloyees at Warioware, inc. and is a mad scientist. This model that I made in specific is his updated look in Warioware Gold. He's also part cyborg. I worked hard on this model, so I hope you'll use it to your hearts content :)
