Hiya, This is Lost Portal, a sci-fi environment created for my second assignment at the University of Gloucestershire in 3ds Max and Substance Painter around the theme of lost treasure, reimagined as a forgotten industrial gateway hiding dangerous, ancient technology. The scene depicts an abandoned facility slowly reclaimed by darkness, with glowing green energy hinting at the portal’s hidden power. The environment and props were built within a 50,000 poly budget, while the portal serves as the hero object (7,000 poly budget), designed as the focal point of the scene.
