It shows signs of mechanical working. The excavators’ assessment of the object led to an initial classification as an earring, although a certain resemblance to belt buckles from the same period was noted. This object was digitized through the ‘Kulturerbe digital’ program of the Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Public Service and Sport.
