This is a Mobaco construction toy example, created by a Dutch factory Moubal from 1920's to 1950's. Mobaco consists of wooden pillars and card board plates, which allows for different structures. This is the biggest example of Mobaco instructions, which could be build by the never released set 5 box. This front-view is shown on the instruction manuals, the backside of this model is speculative. The Mobaco library is also released (LDraw format), so you could build yourselves.
