Dr. Doofenshmirtz was first released in Chapter 7: Season 2 and is part of the Phineas and Ferb Set. Dr. Doofenshmirtz could also have been obtained by ranking high enough in the Dr. Doofenshmirtz Cup on April 3rd 2026.
