This traditional Melayu-style stilt house (MAHS-THA-PTN-MUP-KGM-S-001-F-0001) has an elevated floor, decorative gable ends, and a Manila roof combining gable and hip forms. European influence appears in its arched colored-glass windows. Its complex plan links the original northern and southern quarters by a corridor, with a modern western addition. Facing north, the house has a roofed veranda opening into a hall used for evening classes, while the older southern quarter served as the private residence. It also functions as a pondok associated with Islamic learning and local use.
