This is surrounded by a raised frame bearing an inscription and a border. The ring band is flat and D-shaped in cross-section, and is attached to the ring plate via cross profiling. An inscription has been identified on the edges of the ring plate which could be described as a 'love inscription'. LIB / ANE / NDE.
