This is an OEM leather racing seat used for tunning purposes. These shapes are very difficult to model properly as small variations can make a big difference in the comfort. This is a great example of how peel 3d can be used in engineering. This component was scanned directly, without any preparation, we simply put a few targets in the back of the seat to improve tracking. This scan would be perfect to keep as a reference for competitive analysis
