A potential point of comparison is a mobile oven. However, the inner walls do not display signs of encrustation caused by slag, indicating that the object was not subjected to high temperatures. It's function remains unclear; however, it could be hypothesised that it is employed as a support for cooking vessels, or alternatively, that it constitutes an architectural element, as its form would suggest. The absence of adequate information makes it impossible to propose a definitive suggestion. This object was digitized through the ‘Kulturerbe digital’ program of the Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Public Service and Sport.
