This project is a game ready Norse-inspired war hammer created as a hero asset for a Game environment. The design draws inspiration from mythological weapons associated with Thor, focusing on symbolic engravings, aged materials, and a strong visual presence. The asset was developed using a full PBR workflow, with emphasis on clean topology, material variation, and realistic surface detailing. The hammer features a combination of worn steel, brass elements, leather grip, and engraved runic patterns created using height maps and alpha projections. The goal of this project was to create a high quality real time asset suitable for use in game engines and virtual production pipelines, while maintaining strong storytelling through design and material definition.
