Shell discs worked with incised and openwork techniques, on decorated with the right profile of what appears to be a bird with an oval eye, crest, and open beak; the other decorated with the face of what appears to be a bird in left profile, with an oval eye and an open beak. The features are outlined by incisions filled with hematite or cinnabar. These discs may have been ornaments used to decorate diadems, headdresses, or garments.
