Description
Based on a historic example of a British 1831 Pattern General's Mameluke Saber ([Reference](https://www.antique-swords.co.uk/antique-swords-for-sale/1831-Pattern-Generals-Mameluke-Sabre-p257203431)).
This sword design originated in Mamluk Egypt and was adopted by many western militaries in the 19th century. It is still used as ceremonial weapon by some military units today ([Source: Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mameluke_sword)).
Modeled in Blender and ZBrush, textured in Substance Painter.
