Rocket Raccoon was turned into a stone statue by the D'Bari in Sensational She-Hulk #45 (November 1992). The D'Bari, known for their ability to petrify others using a "Petrifactor" device, trapped Rocket and other characters, including Razorback and the Xartans (Carbon Copy Men), on a planet. She-Hulk later found Rocket in this petrified state. The D'Bari character responsible, Vuk (also known as the "Medusa" D'Bari), was working with a group of Xartans at the time. Ultimately, She-Hulk and her allies managed to escape the petrification effect, returning later to recover both Rocket Raccoon and Razorback.
