## Scanning Scan was done in IR mode with 1mm resolution and large mode. For tracking only feature tracking was used (texture would have helped but the light was dim and flickery so no real help...). The final result consists of two scans (top and bottom) to capture the whole armchair. Between the scans I had to turn the chair around so I made sure to capture all cushiony parts in the top scan so when they are deformed after turning I already captured them. When having relatively smooth textile without much wrinkles for tracking you can always try ## Post-Processing Just point cloud generation and meshing at recommended settings (meshing as semi-watertight) on my workstation (simply faster than on device). Alignment was done in Quicksurface as well as reduction or triangle count (from 14M to ~3M).
