This specimen was brought back to D'Arcy Thompson from the Arctic by Captain Robertson of the whaling ship Active in 1897-8. Scanned with an Artec Eva surface scanner. The resulting file is exported as an obj. and imported into Zbrush. The texture is captured during the scanning process and converted to Polypaint in Zbrush.
