Yep, an X-Man in a Tony Hawk game, if you can believe it. He's the second Marvel character to appear in a Tony Hawk game, after Spider-Man in Pro Skater 2.
Also, I believe this model was reused in X-Men 2: Wolverine's Revenge, for the classic suit's model.
