For this Arcane universe plane, which was for a DAE game art assignment, my theme was a mysterious shimmer-infected pilot that builds this makeshift plane to fly over Piltover and drop shimmer over everyone. Sharing is caring ?. The tanks under the wings are also pumping shimmer to other parts of the plane, like the engine, which runs on shimmer. This was a lot of fun to work on, and I would love to hear your thoughts on it. I also had a bit of fun with the lore tidbits, some of which are visible in the viewport. Lastly, this plane is based on the Mitsubishi A6M Zero from the Interbellum period, which also makes an appearance in the Ghibli movie The Wind Rises.
