Nurse Sabine is one of the corrupted staff members haunting the deranged halls of the Heilwald Klinikum, a place warped by eldritch time loops and grotesque medical aberrations. Unlike the more overtly violent figures, Sabine’s horror is clinical and uncanny: she lingers in the dental wing with an unnerving, perpetual grin and unnaturally long limbs that betray her humanity. When the protagonist crosses her path, Sabine confronts them with a cruel dental apparatus, methodically securing it around their jaw and unsettlingly increasing pressure as if her idea of “treatment” is torture. Every encounter with her feels less like care and more like a ritualized violation of bodily autonomy, a reflection of how the Klinik has perverted even the most mundane medical roles into something monstrous.
