This traditional Melayu-style wooden stilt house (MAHS-THA-NWT-BCH-BCH-S-001-F-0001) stands on cement bases and faces west toward the main road. It has a spacious compound, a complex roof with multiple gable and hip intersections, and exterior walls finished with lap siding and shuttered windows. A mixed concrete-and-wood staircase leads to a sheltered verandah and main hall. Inside are sleeping, kitchen, wash, and bathroom areas. The front gate is marked by a wooden panel engraved with Arabic script.
