This is a Mobaco construction toy example, created by a Dutch factory Moubal from 1920's to 1950's. Mobaco consists of wooden pillars and card board plates, which allows for different structures. Parts for this model were shown on trading platform, a few years back. It is unknown if these are real Mobaco prototypes parts (Jumbo period) or user made model. If you know more, let's us know.
