After importing the model, you need to delete the dummy head I marked in the upper‑right corner, then home the real head by moving it along the X‑axis. After that, you can use the model normally. (Why are there two heads? Because the real head has both a subdivision modifier and shape keys, but Sketchfab only shows that head as a low‑poly preview. To ensure a complete preview, I had to duplicate a head and leave it in place.)
