This traditional Melayu-style wooden stilt house (MAHS-THA-PTN-MAY-LAN-S-002-F-0001) sits on concrete foundations and has a rectangular layout with a semi-detached section. Its double gable-and-hip roof is covered with terracotta tiles, decorated with finials, and linked by a central rain gutter. A U-shaped front porch and central wooden staircase lead to folding doors. Inside, a raised floor, central hallway, two bedrooms, galvanized wall panels, carved air vents, large openings, and rear ground-floor toilets reflect both traditional design and later adaptation.
