The black spot near its gills makes this one stand out from the more common but still very rare Slender or Pike Piranha, the same latin name so this is a sub species. To buy one of these set me back over 300 euro's, it was transported by an impressive bmw and was its only load, that explained a lot. Different from most piranhas this i more of an einzelganger so best kept alone
