This 3D model was generated from 130 digital images gathered by a Pentax WG-3 camera and a small Holystone HS720E drone, using the Metashape Agisoft software at low resolution. The remains have little height and are heavily covered in bladderwrack seaweed, but comprise a core of keel/keelson and frames, rails, and a scattered of fittings including a winch and davits. The hypothesis for the origin of the vessel is that it may have been a steam fishing vessel broken up here at the downturn of the fishing industry in Milford Haven at the end of its economic working life. The model shows how close under the treeline the remains are, which makes it difficult to spot from traditional aerial photographic sources.
