Here’s a 3D low-poly movie theatre base asset that was constructed using the cube grid tool in Unreal Engine. Someone else on Sketchfab has a very similar base but the difference is you can download this for free! There's a bunch of speakers, a double doorway, movie screen, and a trio of garbage cans.
