Like a ruby, our Rosé cuvée is forged by the Love and Passion of excellence. A natural ruby of 0.45 carats is inserted on the central label. Corundum, red, pear. Refractive index : 1.760 - 1.770 Biref 0.010 Specific Gravity : 4.00 Tasting : Bright light pink colour and vivid small bubbles. Pure and floral nose with rose petal, fresh red berries, ripe citrus and some roasted nutty notes. Good grip on the palate, youthful fruit with some mature autolytic notes, brioche and butter with crushed raspberry, red citrus, a creamy texture with bright acidity and a long grippy finish. Attractive, generous and vinous. Vignification : traditional Champagne pressing. Settling and racking by natural gravity. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 20°. Maturing on lees, partial malolactic fermentation. Vinification of the red wine in open vats, grapes destemmed, manual pigeage. Grape variety : 95% Chardonnay 5% Pinot noir Dosage : 8 g/l Abv : 12,5%
