Phiphitphakdi Residence (MAHS-THA-PTN-SAB-TAL-S-002-F-0001) is a wooden-concrete residential building in Sai Buri, Pattani, raised on high brick pillars. The two-story rectangular plan includes a rounded western porch and an eastern curved staircase with red-painted steps. White wooden walls have long timber-framed casement windows with vegetal-carved panels above. Inside are halls, rooms, stairwell, dining area, veranda, balconies, and two upper bedrooms. Its cement-tiled hip-and-gable roof, carved air vents, and Malay, Javanese, and Western decorative influences define the residence.
