A polychrome tripod plate decorated with the image of a seated  nobleman or ruler,  in frontal view  but with his head  looking to his right. His body is painted in dark orange, and holds a Plumeria or Nikte flower with his outstretched arm. The character wears jewelry and a white cloth headdress with orange stripes. The rectangular bench or throne where he sits is painted white (representing the surface covered with stucco) with decorative stripes in red and orange. Behind him is a cushion or pillow made of white cloth with orange stripes, covered with jaguar skin. NAA of the paste indicates that the pottery workshop where it was made was in the vicinity of La Corona archaeological site, Petén.
