The Surge Chao Model is a model made by Fanhov for an attempted Surge Chao Mod that ended up not working out. Anyone with the ability to mod Sonic Adventure 2 is free to attempt to mod this into the game themselves if they so choose. My only conditions for this model are: 1. I expect to be credited for my work on the model, even if its altered in any way, shape, or form by someone else. 2. I want a notification about the project its being used in so I can experience it for myself. I am Fanhov on almost all of my socials.
