Billy Hatcher is the titular main protagonist of the video game Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg. He's an inquisitive boy coming from the human world. With the courage bestowed upon him, he was chosen by Menie-Funie to save the Chicken Elders and prevent eternal light to Morning Land. After saving a baby chick from a pair of crows attacking it, Billy was transported to Morning Land where Menie-Funie informs him about his mission: To save the six Chicken Elders and stop Dark Raven from bringing eternal darkness to Morning Land. His main form of combat is with large eggs that he can roll around. They are heavy enough to crush enemies flat or swat them away by shooting it like a boomerang.
