Asian Billboards Signboards Kit

Cette machine à fabriquer les bouteilles a été inventée par Claude Boucher. La machine a été mise au point dès 1894 à la verrerie de Cognac. Le brevet d'invention a été déposé en 1898. Elle fut primée lors de l'Exposition Universelle de 1900. Le modèle présenté ici est en fonte et a été réalisé en 1903 par la fonderie du Poitou.

Il s'agit de la première machine semi-automatique à fabriquer des bouteilles. Cette machine a permis d’améliorer la productivité en réduisant le temps de formation et en améliorant les conditions de travail. En effet, il était désormais possible de faire appel à de simples manœuvres et d’utiliser un compresseur mécanique pour souffler le verre.

The Reichstag  (English: Imperial Diet), is a historic legislative government building  in Berlin. The Neo-Renaissance building was built between 1884 and 1894 to plans by the architect Paul Wallot. The 3D model shows the building how it have lock like about 1930.

Evening Dress 1894

Bronze lion on the Schemerl Bridge over the Danube Canal in the 19th district of Vienna. The bridge was built in 1894-1899 to the design of Otto Wagner and named after Joseph Maria Schemerl von Leythenbach, architect and hydraulic engineer. The two lions on the bridge were designed by Rudolf Weyr. The bridge also serves as a weir and, as part of the Nussdorf weir and lock system, regulates the inflow of Danube water into the Danube Canal.

靖國神社正門兩側的漢白玉石獅原屬中國遼寧海城三學寺，在1894年甲午戰爭中被日軍司令山縣有朋作為“戰利品”掠奪。1896年，明治天皇將其“下賜”予靖國神社，以彰顯其侵略“戰功”，底座的中文銘文清晰證明其來源。中國長期要求日本歸還包括此文物在內的被掠文物。據報導，2026年初中國曾向日本正式提出歸還要求，但靖國神社始終回避，使其成為日本軍國主義侵略歷史的物證。
The white marble stone lions at the main gate of Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo were originally from the Sanxue Temple in Haicheng, Liaoning, China. They were looted as "war trophies" by Japanese commander Yamagata Aritomo during the First Sino-Japanese War (1894-1895). In 1896, Emperor Meiji bestowed them upon the shrine to glorify its military record. Their Chinese inscriptions confirm their origin. China has repeatedly demanded the return of these and other looted relics, with reports indicating a formal request in early 2026. Yasukuni Shrine's persistent evasion makes the lions a physical testament to Japan’s history of militarist aggression.

The Chinese Stone Lions Plundered by Japan

The three-masted schooner St. Peter (135.7x26x12.1', 290 gtoss tons) was built in 1873 by 
The wooden two-masted schooner Ocean Wave (81x20.1x7.6’, 98 gross tons) was built in 1873 by David F. Edwards for Skidmore & Abair or Toledo. Skidmore and Abair operated the schooner until 1894, when they sold it to Josephine Griffin of Toledo, whose husband, Captain Joseph Griffin, served as its master for the next four years. 

On October 26, 1898, St. Peter departed Oswego with 607 tons of coal for Toledo, Ohio. That evening, as St. Peter was approaching the Niagara River it was struck by a gale. The schooner was later sighted in distress off of Charlotte, and the tug William A. Proctor was dispatched to assist. While off Pultneyville and with Proctor in sight, the schooner was struck by two successive waves, listed heavily to port, righted and foundered suddenly. The crew of four, as well as Josephine Griffin, perished in the sinking. The sole survivor, Captain John Griffin, was rescued by Proctor.

这尊青石狮现藏于日本栃木县矢板市山县有朋纪念馆，是甲午战争期间日军从辽宁海城三学寺劫掠的文物。当年日军强占三学寺为野战医院，将寺内石狮作为“战利品”献予明治天皇。经“天览”后，品相完好的那对下赐靖国神社，而这尊本就残破的青石狮则被当作次等战利品下赐给司令官山县有朋，隐于其私人纪念馆百余年。其缺损乃岁月原有之态。百余年来，日方对归还呼吁始终未予正面回应，令这只孤狮至今仍滞留异乡。

This blue limestone lion, housed at the Yamagata Aritomo Memorial Hall in Yaita City, Japan, was plundered from the Sanxue Temple in Haicheng during the 1894-1895 Sino-Japanese War. The temple was converted into a Japanese field hospital, and the lions were presented to Emperor Meiji as "war trophies." After the so-called "Imperial viewing," the intact pair was bestowed upon the Yasukuni Shrine, while this solitary, already damaged lion was awarded to Commander Yamagata Aritomo as a secondary trophy. It has remained hidden in his private memorial for over a century; its weathered condition reflects its original state prior to being taken. For over a hundred years, Japanese institutions have yet to substantively respond to calls for its repatriation, leaving this lone lion stranded abroad.

No sólo realizó una excelente labor divulgativa de las tareas científicas de La Granja, sino que su empeño desembocó, en 1894, en la instalación de la primera fábrica de azúcar en la región (La Azucarera de Aragón), habiendo sido también, gracias a sus trabajos en el Campo Experimental anexo a La Granja y a la insistencia de sus ingenieros, el introductor de la remolacha azucarera y la fabricación de azúcar en Aragón, que fue una realidad en escasos años, llegando a ser la región española más productora.

This is the Time Ball Mechanism which is inside the The Time Ball Tower.

The [Time Ball Tower](https://skfb.ly/prsrK), was constructed in 1894 as part of the growing harbor infrastructure. It was initially a one-story structure used for time signaling, with the ball being dropped at 1 PM to aid ships in setting their marine chronometers. In 1903, the tower was raised to improve visibility and the mechanism was electrified. The tower became obsolete in 1934 with the introduction of radio time signals. Although no longer in use, it was declared a National Monument in 1982 and restored in 1997, with a reconstructed time ball mechanism that now operates electronically.

The Mechanism was scanned in July 2024 with a Artec Leo scanner.
