Wolfram is the corrupt doctor overseeing aqua therapy at the once-prestigious Heilwald Klinikum, now warped into a nightmarish looping hospital. At first he seems calm, friendly, and relaxed, welcoming patients into the bathhouse. That facade quickly crumbles: Wolfram is revealed to be callous, manipulative, and intolerant of those who defy his orders, even chasing and sedating the protagonist to “clean” them. Rumors in the Klinik hint he was fired for abusing patients yet escaped justice and was rehired under Dr. Randolph’s regime. In the bathhouse he can transform into grotesque, towering forms—either a giant showerhead that floods rooms or a giant brusher that relentlessly pursues you—making him one of the most disturbing threats you face. Wolfram embodies the perversion of care and the abuse of power that defines Heilwald’s descent into horror.
