Scanned Minas Tirith Model (Lord of the Rings)

This 3D model was generated with the photogrammetry software 3DF Zephyr v4.530 processing 683 images of which abuot 430 where DSLR RAW images and the rest being from 2 iPhone videos.

**This 3D model is to be used as reference for 3D artists.**

The BMP-2 (Boyevaya Mashina Pekhoty, Russian: Боевая Машина Пехоты, literally "infantry combat vehicle") is a second-generation, amphibious infantry fighting vehicle introduced in the 1980s in the Soviet Union, following on from the BMP-1 of the 1960s.

This specific BMP-2 was used by the NVA the army of East Germany.

*Tomb of Tự Đức (Vietnamese: Lăng Tự Đức), officially Khiêm Mausoleum (Khiêm Lăng, Hán tự: 謙陵), is located in Huế, Vietnam. It is built for the Nguyễn Emperor Tự Đức and took three years to build from 1864–1867. It is divided into a Temple Area and a Tomb Area.*

*Emperor Tu Duc enjoyed the longest reign of any monarch of the Nguyen dynasty, ruling from 1848-1883. Although he had 104 wives and concubines, he was unable to father a son (possibly he became sterile after contracting smallpox). My scanning "rig": Canon EOS 1100D (one of the cheapest DSLR 6 years ago), cheap Amazon lens-flash, Ikea furniture. And yes, I used my paper bin !

First real attempt at photogrammetry. Scanned a baby angel statue. Based on around 50 photos.

**Process**: Photographed with my canon DSLR, 3DF Zephyr to create high poly 3d model, instant meshes to create a low poly model, tweaked low poly model and created new UV map in 3ds Max, baked and textured in substance painter

ETH: Tellurium with Lunarium

A 3D scan of picture frame showing an adobe brick house scene. The painting is actually made of a mixture of different colored felt and not traditional paints!

This 3D scan also had DSLR camera photo colors applied to it to try and enhance the color sharpness of the scene. Adding some additional details back that may get lost during the raw scanning process.

Plane tree trunk

Item held in the Hellenic and Roman Library at the Institute of Classical Studies in London, bequethed by Victor Ehrenberg.
Light tan pottery sherd, possibly dating on the second Late Minoan period( L.M.II?,1470-1420 BC), found at Tiryns in 1925. The obverse is decorated with brown and red horizontal stripes,with some paint loss; the reverse bears the inscription “Tirynes”.
Measurement: Ht.68mm(max); W.51mm; D.6mm

This model was made using photogrammetry with a Nikon D850 DSLR camera and a total of 143 photographs, using an electric turntable and fabric light tent, then processed using Agisoft Metashape. We merged two separate chunks (one of the top and one of the bottom of the object), aligned using markers and merged to make one chunk, allowing a 360º view of the complete object.
