In this room Wilhelmina received callers and attended to her correspondence, something that was an important part of a family's networking.

It was common to display family portraits in this type of room. There are portraits of the Hallwyl daughters, great grandchildren and sons-in-law. 

The Morning Room was one of the reception rooms that were used daily, along with [the Dining Room](https://skfb.ly/6uLDI) and the Smoking Room (link coming soon).

The images for this project were captured using an [array](https://goo.gl/ePHjDr) of four Panasonic Lumix GX8 cameras.

Logo: A picture of the Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank is seen with a gold tint, and "ripples" slowly before rotating to reveal itself as the WB shield over the quintessential cloud skyline, both of which are now redone in CGI. Trivia: If one pauses right before the transition from the backlot image to the shield animation, posters and murals can be seen on the studio walls on Olive Avenue. **Fish-shaped besamin box**

Besamin boxes [Heb. bassamim, psumin-byksy] served as containers for spices and were used during the end of the Sabbath and were usually tower-shaped. Interestingly, the besamin box from Nowy Sącz is fish-shaped, whose head, connected to a trunk by a hinge, can be opened and tilted to the side. The fish trunk consists of five overlapping segments, each tapering towards the tail fin, each ending with semi-circular scales, each textured and covered in a network of furrows. The individual segments of the trunk are mutually conjoined in such a way that the body of the fish can be slightly bent.
