City Props Collection volume 1

The lower levels of a sprawling metropolis. Government issue housing pods left to rot, festering local crime syndicates. 'Armpit City' is such a slum, owned by the Pharmacists' Union crime syndicate, their influence running deep, trashing and destroying business rivels to those who act on their will. To those servants, power flows readily. Power, however, always comes at a price.

It's best suit for a horror game in general. You can use individual assets in this model including ticket machine, turnstile, bench, trashcan, wet floor sign, road block, etc.

An old unfinished project that I didn't want to trash. Baked in Eevee using texture projections. A full yellow cel-shaded surveillance room with retro design. Originally, two characters are sitting and presses the button if anything moves on any screen.

This is a series of modern street props with variations of each prop. Shown are trash bags, trash cans, and railings. The modeling for each prop was done in Maya. The texture maps were created in Substance Painter.
