A quick personal exploration into aerospace design and hard surface modeling.

This project was an exercise in rapid concept-to-render workflow. The entire vehicle and its launch infrastructure were designed and modeled in just 2 hours using Autodesk Fusion 360, focusing on clean parametric modeling and functional shapes.

The Saab JAS 39 Gripen is a light single-engine supersonic multirole fighter aircraft manufactured by the Swedish aerospace and defence company Saab AB.
The Gripen has a delta wing and canard configuration with relaxed stability design and fly-by-wire flight controls.
Later aircraft are fully NATO interoperable. As of 2020, more than 271 Gripens of all models, A–F, have been delivered.

The first flight took place in 1988, with delivery of the first serial production airplane in 1993. It entered service with the Swedish Air Force in 1996. Upgraded variants, featuring more advanced avionics and adaptations for longer mission times, began entering service in 2003.

Fuselage_(Ribs_and_Spars)

Decided to remake the AR2 form Half-Life 2, mainly to practice making weird non-conventional guns. Also, the AR2 models from Half-Life 2 and Alyx aren’t great. They lack detail and the HL2 model uses projection mapped textures meaning it can’t be retextured or modified easily. Took me about 3 days from start to finish. I’m really happy with how it turned out. 

Before you ask, YES you can use this in your mod/personal project however you must give me credit.
