The inscription is a decree passed by a council of priests, one of a series that affirm the royal cult of the 13 year-old Ptolemy V on the first anniversary of his coronation.

Marble portrait head of Alexander the Great: the head was cut to fit into a separately made body. The surface is in good condition with only minor abrasions. The back of the head has been worked to receive the remainder of the hair, which was probably made of another material, such as stucco or plaster.

Emission is a material channel that gives the impression of brightness by ignoring all of the scene's lighting settings (i.e., you would be able to see emissive materials in a dark scene). In the model above, emission is turned on for the electric number material. An orange texture map is used to give those numbers a bright orange color. The effect of emission can be enhanced and made more "glow-y" by also turning on Bloom in the model's post-processing settings.

The lyrics "Look at all these slave masters posing on your dollar" really caught my attention. I do not know the RTJ Members but from my observation they always have a message they are trying to convey.

Kill Your Masters

My Entry for the #RTJ4D contest!  I based my entry off of the song 'yankee and the brave' and made a 3D scene from my imagination.  I used Maya to model and UV everything in my scene and used Substance Painter to make the textures and upload to Sketchfab!  My goal was to keep the polygons as low as possible and optimize my textures wherever I could.  Make sure to scroll thru the annotations and enable sound!  I added 3D sounds after someone suggested it and its so cool!    Overall i had a lot of fun working on this and i can't wait to see all the other cool things made with the hands logo. :D

RUN THE GUM

Sofubi otherwise known as vinyl toys have always had a close connection to hip-hop and rap culture. Graffitti artist around the world have collaborated to create amazing collectible toys which are highly prized by their owners. I wanted to capture some instantly noticeable hip-hop elements within the toy as well as embody the spirit of Run The Jewels. There are a number of key elements I have included such as the iconic fist and gun with a pink gradient which is previlent on the groups marketing material for RTJ4. I also modelled a flat peak cap and thick rim sun glasses often sported by both members of RTJ and headphones complete the hip-hop look. I also wanted to embed some political elements to match their rap style as well as the current political climate. The outer body hides a surprise inside!
