One of those city rooftop spaces seen on tv and movies where all the cool people* seem to be having parties. There's also a bonus space up the stairs with a balcony overlook. The scene is low-poly enough to leave room for plants, furniture, and other props.

Rooftop Garden with Loft

A clean well-kept instance of Soviet heritage. This model is based on a real house of Novosibirsk, Akademgorodok.Several dozen such houses, located in a quiet place, look pretty nice mainly due to picked paint colors.

* Not game-ready, meant for rendering. 
* Blender scene contains the most accurate materials plus interior and exterior point lights. If you prefer, you can reduce polygon count by two thirds by removing "Building_Roof_Shifer_HP" though roof will become less 'render-friendly'.
* Yea I know residents have to climb through the window to reach the balcony. Less smoking - more sports!

Soviet building (хрущёвка)

The stairs to the Thames foreshore under the Mayflower pub, Rotherhithe, London. It is thought that this area used to be a dock running back past where the pub now sits.

Some of the beams are a bit noisy in terms of processing due to shooting photos into the sun. It was quite dark under the pub balcony and very bright outside.

Mayflower Stairs

A building built by the Romans during their occupation of Britain (43 - 410 CE) - typical of a town house in Londinium (Roman London) - established in 47 - 50 CE.  The house would have been abandoned when the Romans left Britain and would have started to fall into disrepair but may have become occupied by early Anglo Saxons in the 5th or 6th Century.  Following frequent attacks the Vikings occupied the city in 871 CE until it was re-taken by the Saxons in 886 under the leadership of Kind Alfred of Wessex (Alfred the Great).

The model shows the house in a state of disrepair but perhaps with some renovations - by Vikings or Saxons - and some Viking chairs up on the balcony!

I have kept the poly count as low as possible and it should work well as a game asset - download the gltf file and load the scene file into Unreal - tick 'Combine mesh' box for a single static mesh or untick if you want to use the individual modules of the house in your scene.  You are free to use the model in any way.

Romano-British House in Medieval London - free

Building Brutalist QuadRhomb

Building Brutalist Rhomb

Built in the 19th century by the Nazaretian Family during the Ottoman times in the city of Aintab (Gazinantep, Turkey), this model features the house's balcony, a women's salon, and the Office of Kara Nazar (AKA Nazar Agha) who served as the ambassador of Persia and vice consul of the US. Nowadays, the house hosts the [Papirus Cafe](https://goo.gl/maps/HQFk8C5VEMqnVmU49). 

I visited the house in 2022 with a local historian Murad Ucaner who gave an incredible walkthrough of the house, its history and its aftermath in the context of the Armenian genocide. You can watch it on my Youtube channel - https://youtu.be/mMHs9DEYwm4

This photogrammetry scan was made with 900 images captured with a handheld Sony A7rii and processed with RealityCapture. The model is scaled 1:1.

More than half of the surface of the house is covered with moss which makes it and its appearance more environmentally friendly. The house is equipped with a very large balcony and a garage for one place. Also all windows are panoramic and there is a large window on the roof.

The ground floor features expansive storefront windows and heavy duty rolling metal shutters, one of which is tagged with blue graffiti, suggesting a corner store or workshop layout.
