The statue of Edward Snowden, called by its creators Prison Ship Martyrs' Monument 2.0, was an ephemeral, illegally-installed public statue of Edward Snowden, an American whistleblower who leaked classified information from the National Security Agency (NSA) and was charged with federal crimes as a result. The bronze-like statue was placed in Fort Greene Park in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, New York City, on April 6, 2015. It was attached to a Doric column on the perimeter of the park's Prison Ship Martyrs' Monument, a memorial and which honors more than 11,500 American prisoners of war who died in the American Revolution.

The statue was mounted by three anonymous artists and their helpers, who were dressed in white helmets and reflective vests of Parks Department workers, early in the morning of April 6, then covered and taken down by NYC Parks officials later that day.

Edward Snowden At Fort Greene Park

D'Arcy Thompson acquired a set of Blaschka's exquistely delicate glass models in 1888. In Growth and Form, D'Arcy refers repeatedly to the art of the glass-blower, perhaps thinking of these very models.  

Scanned with a Nikon XT H 225ST micro CT scanner.  The resulting file is exported as an stl. and imported in to Zbrush.

Blaschka Glass Model of Moon Jellyfish

A recreation of the RCM controller or RCMA controller which allows for individual control of the chopper, blower, and rotator of the siren all with individual controllers and an agistat timer inside.

The RCM works by using three speperate motor relays in order to individually control sections of the siren. Eg: Chopper, Blower,. These devices and their individual relays allow people to manually test only one or all specific pieces of the siren.

With both of my new controllers and a test horn shade so that I can add detail or just darkness to my air raid siren horns. If you dont see it wither it didn't work well or I turned it off.

Including a newly painted thunderbolt 1000T, RCMA cabinent, and New blower. Compare this one to my VA thunderbolt pole 58.

So, Greenville TX had a system of ACA hurricanes and I just modeled one based off of the style of other ones I've seen on Google maps.

I looked at the ACA hurricane siren's blower & horn design and redid both again and I think I hit the lottery with this design due to its accuracy. I also redid the rotator and I almost kept this HighPoly chain model for the rotator but opted for a belt because the chain wouldn't correct it's gemoetry like 3d builder tries to do.

So I'd either remake the chain or leave it an inaccurate belt.

Greenville Style ACA Hurricane

So, These Microwave Dishes are new as my old dish models are trashed. The pole was made completely in designspark mechanical as I found a new technique to make patterns so I can make things like the ribbed part of the Hurricane 130 blower or Vertical-Proper-Latteral-Support-Mast-Structures such as the one seen here or make other things that involve set numerical paterns.

The other thing is the new dish is kind of better as I used a blender cloth simulations final frame to mold prefectly to my own microwave dish and make the cool radome on the dish you see on the model.

Finally, Until I make a beacon luminaire, I make a cool 3 way blankout sign design for the top indication luminaires.

So, you can tell this ain't from no DEKALB IL. This is fictional and is a thunderbolt siren with a low mounted blower pipe and a new RCM1A control box. This siren also includes a voltage shutoff and my new thunderbolt head.
