**Game-ready modular** kitchen asset created for a horror project in Unreal Engine 5.

The set includes multiple modular elements such as cabinets, stove, sink, tables, and props that can be combined to build different kitchen layouts. Designed in a worn, abandoned style to fit atmospheric environments.

All assets are optimized and use **PBR textures 4K**. Pivot points are properly placed, making the set ready for use and animation inside the engine.

Old Kitchen Cabinets

This 3D asset set features props inspired by the Joseon Dynasty, a historical period in Korea. The collection includes furniture and everyday items commonly found in traditional middle-class households such as wooden storage cabinets, desks, soban (traditional low tables), kitchenware, bedding, and oil lamps.

All assets were created for an animation project and are optimized for real-time use. This set was developed as part of a sophomore-level university semester project.

Please note that subdivision (smooth level) is not applied in this version for optimization purposes.
It is recommended to apply smoothing when using the asset in your final project.

As a student, I don't have a fancy place with a big kitchen. This small kitchen unit, which is inside my living-room, has all the space for any appliance you could ever wish to use. Do keep in mind that you won't have enough room to actually fix yourself a meal because the mixing bowl alone takes up the entire counter.<p>
This 3D features a sink, stove, and oven, as well as cabinets and drawers.<p>
Download the .blend file and you can easily bevel the edges with a weighted bevel modifier or smooth some corners with a subdivision-surface modifier; creases are in place.<p>
For you to easily import this model, all loose parts have been combined into one singular model with one singular UV tile. Said singular UV tile accommodates up to 4k PBR textures all made with Substance Painter.
