This is the Hardy Tree in [St Pancras Old Church](https://goo.gl/9AiihJ), Camden, London, UK ([OSM](https://goo.gl/ydVXeA)). The tree was reportedly planted by the author Thomas Hardy and the roots are embedded in pile of gravestones.

The point cloud is a combination of a RIEGL VZ-400 scan and a ZEB-REVO (to get detail around the gravestones). Scanning done by University College London ([@kungphil](https://twitter.com/kungphil), [@mathiasdisney](https://twitter.com/mathiasdisney), [@UCLgeography](https://twitter.com/UCLgeography)).

College Girl

This model was made for a college assignement in which a product had to be developed that could benefit people. I chose to create this arm as I belived it to be a feasable piece of technology that could realistically be developed in the near future. Initial ideas such as teleporters and hoover boots were considered to be too unrealsitic. Inspiration for this model came from YouTube and Instagram accounts featuring similar 3D work along with informative videos on the use and function of exisitng prosthetic arms. I wanted to create an arm that maintained the familair human form of an arm with full motions such as an adjustable elbow and five finger movements.

Modelled and animated in Blender.
Textured and baked in Substance Painter.
Set to accurate scale.
Ready for use in a game/animation scene.
PBR textures (AO, Base, Metallic, Normal, Roughness, Emission).

Full name: **Seventeenth-century Italian hydria apothecary vase**

A hydria-type apothecary maiolica vase created in Savona (Italy) in the late 17th century. Handles in the shape of (fantastic) animal heads on massive bent necks. At the front, towards the bottom of the vase, a gargoyle in relief. Plugged with regular cork, its mouth doubles as an opening for pouring out the contents of the vase. Smaller gargoyles, without any openings, located under the handles, alongside the vase.

Exhibit from the collection of apothecary ceramics donated to the Museum in 1976 by Mateusz Bronisław Grabowski, a Polish-British, London-based pharmacist.

I've used both time in college and my own time to develop this.

This model is of the armored ankylosaurian ornithischian dinosaur *Euoplocephalus tutus* (AMNH FR 5405). The specimen was CT scanned at OhioHealth O'Bleness Hospital in Athens, Ohio, in 2005 as part of a research project, leading to publications in 2008 (http://bit.ly/2pp5V5C) and 2011 (http://bit.ly/2rCNCsT). This Sketchfab model was generated by Ryan Ridgely of WitmerLab and is derived from recent work done for the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History for a new interactive exhibit. This research was funded in part by U.S. National Science Foundation grants to Witmer and Ridgely, and by the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Euoplocephalus - armored dinosaur skull

Skull and neck of an adult green iguana (_Iguana iguana_, OUVC 10677), with annotations of some of the more obscure anatomical features. It was collected legally and euthanized humanely by Zoo Miami staff and provided to us for research and education. We scanned the head region on the OUµCT scanner in 2012 at a resolution of 90µm (0.090 mm). Scan data were imported into workstations running Avizo and digitally extracted the bones and soft tissues. The work on this project was done primarily by Alexandra Spaw, who at the time was an undergraduate student in Ohio University's Honors Tutorial College and now is a medical student at Ohio State University. Ryan Ridgely assembled these materials in Maya for upload here. For more 3D content on this specimen, check out the Visible Interactive Iguana site: http://bit.ly/1LzIU6x. There you’ll find 3D PDFs for download that provide comparable content to what’s here, but allowing the user more control. This model can be downloaded here as an STL.

Scanned with an Artec Spider surface scanner. The resulting file is exported as an obj. and imported into Zbrush. The texture is captured during the scanning process and converted to Polypaint in Zbrush.

Quill- Dawson College 50 Years

Nothing like getting in the spirit for halloween than posting an old model with **horrific file organization** from a previous class in college. There's some tweaking that I'd like to do for the sculpted version but I think its not too shabby for my 2nd or 3rd time with sculpting.
