I could say that's fan-art. But it's more like just drawing extruded in to 3d- mesh. The topology and polycount isn't very nice, but the main point was to create a 3d model, which looks like hand - drawn image . Based on this , original design by Yō Yoshinari:

An entry for the 3D Editor Challenge

 This time I wanted to simply enhance the stylised look with some complimentry lighting, and a nice vibrant sunsent seemed to work a treat!

 Beyond the basic light setup, I added a background to match my colour scheme and a shadowcatcher to grab those long end of day shadows. Also added a little bit of pink to the emission of the main materials to enhance the feeling of warm reflected light you get at this time of day, then pushed that further in the shadow colours with post-process.

Littlest Tokyo Sunset - 3D Editor Challenge

I was still sitting on some models from 2017 for a while. Here's one I made in December for my younger sister Rhona. It's a model of Ori from the game Ori and the Blind Forest, a game that she and I adore very much. 
I sculpted and printed this figure with the idea to add a LED light inside. I can freely change colours, animations and brightness with a remote and change the batteries from time to time. 
Sanding the print was tricky and the layers are very visible unfortunately but overall it turned out as I hoped smiley

This pack contains 3 .obj file with Sandro Botticelli's Nascita di Venere in futuristic neon style. You are able to import it into your Unreal Engine 4 project. You can change or play with colors as you like. Colours I used are in the pack too. You may use this pack for visual style in your project, museum of old-future art maybe? It's mere my attempt to bring new life to the old style. I'm no Botticelli though.

A 3D scene interpretation of a 2D illustration by Tom Haugomat. This was made as part of my honours project for university last year and now can be viewed in 3D.

A lone man walking through a tunnel as he approaches the train heading his way. Will he move out of the way, or is this intentional?
Either way, the colours contrast perfectly with cold interior of the tunnel versus the warm glow of the outside. A orange glow combined with harsh shadows define the shapes and features that bring this space to life.

Train Tunnel

Concept from a 2D illustration that I painted in VR for my Honours project at university. Original by a Japanese artist I cannot track down. This was my first attempt at designing scenes and painting them in VR.

The harsh light from the sun above creates the drastic shadows and contrast of colours. Super dark blues for the shadows that give off an extreme version of the cold shadow havens from the beaming sunlight that will most likely burn anyone who gets exposed to it.

Another test using rapidcompact.com, this time using a vertex coloured model, converting the vertex colours to JPG colour map, as well as generating normal and AO maps. 4 million faces > 25,000.

Delta Tail Guppy Male, totally ignoring the colours if you look at its name which would indicate a triangular tail, well to be honest if one said no this is a halfmoon blue guppy i would agree as well. Open for debate the names of guppies are, but whats more important is how do they look overal, you decide. This type of guppy fish is often considered to be among the most beautiful of all guppies. They have a long, slim body with a sharply pointed tail. They are a popular choice for aquariums because of their unique coloration and their ability to thrive in a variety of environments. In addition, they are very hardy fish and can withstand the harsh conditions of an aquarium.

The round shape of its tail must be the reason for its name though that having said, every female nearly always has a round tail no? Amazing how much variety you can create with guppies. It took me half a year before i could go create colours myself years ago. Roundtail guppies have a short tail with curved, rounded edges that extend to about half the length of their body. The shape is similar to tails seen in wild stock, but recent interest from European breeders have increased the popularity of this morph.

this is the crab of the compenions from the game: Fishy Fights. We use cell shading for our game, so thats why the texture are just flat colours. Tjis animation uses phisics in game so thats why it looks simple here
