<i>Vetulicola</i> had a large **body** with triangular **pouches** on either side and a segmented **tail** for swimming. The pouches may be gill slits opening into an internal body chamber, as found in modern tunicates, such as sea squirts and salps. It is thought that <i>Vetulicola</i> fed by drawing water in through the wide frontal opening to internally filter microscopic food particles suspended in water, with waste water expelled through the side pouches.

3D scan of the family house, in which my grandmother grew up!

It is located in the middle of fields in the "[Côte des Légendes](https://goo.gl/BhWdrr)" area in Brittany in France, and initially served as a farmhouse, a barn and a stable: there is still a massive granite trough inside the main building, which purpose was to feed the animals.

Processed from 670 pictures on Pocophone F1, some of them acquired with a 4.5m telescopic glass-washing handle, used as a (tall) DIY monopod. I still had to manually correct and paint some of the higher parts of the model for it to display nicely, as well as carve into the windows to improve on realism. The normals (Matcap + Surface) are not baked from bump maps, but actual geometry.

**Pteranodon ignifalcis: A Breakthrough in Pterosaur Pigmentation**

**Triceratops ignifrons: A Landmark Ceratopsid Discovery in Alberta**

In 2022, paleontologist Dr. Miriam Solano uncovered a striking ceratopsid specimen in the Horseshoe Canyon Formation of Alberta, Canada. Named *Triceratops ignifrons*—“Fire-Frilled Three-Horned Face”—this quadrupedal herbivore measured over 9 meters in length and featured an unusually elaborate frill with spiked margins and preserved pigment structures.

Spectroscopic analysis revealed traces of structural coloration, suggesting vivid blue, orange, and red hues across its frill and flanks. This challenges prior assumptions that ceratopsids relied solely on size and horn morphology for display. Corona Virus

This is a Hunting Rifle that i modelled in Maya and Textured in Substance Painter. This model took around 4 hours to complete and another 2 hours to Unwrap.
The design of the rifle is based of the M24 Rifle that is used in the american army but i decided to give it a more real-world look to it. The overall poly count in maya was 7k but Substance Doubles it when texturing.

The M24 Sniper Weapon System (SWS) is the military and police version of the Remington Model 700 rifle, M24 being the model name assigned by the United States Army after adoption as their standard sniper rifle in 1988. The M24 is referred to as a "weapon system" because it consists of not only a rifle, but also a detachable telescopic sight and other accessories.

The M24 SWS has the "long action" bolt version of the Remington 700 receiver but is chambered for the 7.62×51mm NATO "short action" cartridge that has an overall length of 2.750 inches (69.85 mm).
